Kellie Boston obtained her Real Estate License in 2002. She is a Lincoln County native and is very knowledgeable of the area and surrounding region as well as school systems and businesses. Her real estate services extend to the Lake Norman area as well as Cleveland Co., Gaston Co., Catawba Co., Huntersville, & Cornelius and beyond. Professionally, Kellie strives to do her very best and apply her knowledge to the service of her clients. She works with clients such as first time home buyers and sellers, to experienced investors. She has gained experience with investment properties and specializes in that area. She currently is serving a term on the Lincoln County Board of Realtors as Treasurer. Amy is a graduate of the Mingle School of Real Estate. She also has a degree in Graphic Arts from Isothermal College.
She speaks Spanish as a second language and has taught English at the Latino Contact Center in Lincolnton. Amy has a strong desire to help the Latino community. She hopes to use her strengths to help Latinos as well as others achieve their personal housing needs.

Amy is married to Mark Connolly. She grew up in Shelby and is very knowledgable about Cleveland, Lincoln and surrounding counties. Her hobbies include cycling and running. Amy is very energetic, enthusiastic, positive and looks forward to working with you.

Thad Cloer

Thad is a graduate of Appalachian State University and Superior School of Real Estate. Thad has lived in Lincolnton for the past 10 years with his wife Tina and daughter Zoe. They are members of First presbyterian Church of Lincolnton. Thad has served the youth and adult volunteers of the Boy Scouts of America as a Senior District Executive. Just as with the Boy Scouts, he appreciates the ethical standards of being a realtor. Thad is very eager to assist you in buying or selling your home.
